Attendee Registration

Online registration has ended.

You can still register for the conference onsite during scheduled registration times.

This year, we are asking attendees to sign-up for specific sessions as part of the registration process. This will assist us in planning for adequate room sizes and help our presenters know how many attendees to anticipate. You will be asked during registration if you are ready to sign-up for sessions. This is optional, but strongly encouraged, and you can create an account and sign-up for sessions later. Click here to register!

Early Registration through 10/11/2024 ($200)

Online registration 10/12/2024-10/23/2024 ($230)

Onsite Registration will be available for $230. No online registration will be available after 10/23/2024.

 Single Day ($100.00)

 Student Rate ($75.00)

 Parent Rate ($100.00) – Parent of child with disability not already attending in professional role

 Exhibitor (Non-Profit Rate) ($250.00)

 Exhibitor (Corporate Rate) ($500.00)

Early Registration and Exhibitor Registration ends 10/11/2024.

Preferred t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after September 27th.

Cancellations:
– Registrations canceled on or before September 27, 2024 will receive full refund of payment received.
– Cancellations made between September 28 and October 11, 2024 will incur a fee of $50 – deducted from refund amount of each registration canceled.
– No refund will be permitted for cancellations on or after October 12, 2024.

– Registration may be transferred to a different attendee through October 23, 2024.
– No transfers are allowed on or after October 24, 2024.
